Built From the Frustration of Watching Offshore Teams Fail

Appreal started from a firsthand problem. Our founders had spent years working with and inside product companies, watching offshore initiatives launch with optimism and collapse within twelve months. Not because the engineers were not skilled, but because the model was broken

The sourcing was generic. The integration was left to chance. The role design was copy-pasted from a local job description and thrown across a timezone. Nobody was accountable for making the team actually work

We built Appreal to change that. Not as a headhunter, not as a body shop, but as a structured team-building partner that takes responsibility for the whole model: role design, sourcing, screening, integration, continuity
